Meet our practitioners
How is osteopathy different from physiotherapy or chiropractic care?
While all three focus on relieving pain and improving movement, osteopathy takes a whole-body approach, looking beyond the site of pain to identify underlying causes. Physiotherapists focus on rehabilitation and strength; chiropractors on spinal adjustments; osteopaths integrate soft-tissue, joint, and structural balancing for complete care.
